Spice kit – chicken tikka masala

CTM is almost as British as fish and chips, it’s smooth almond and cream flavour tempering the rich spicyness of the sauce. It’s the perfect curry to play around with, adding more or less ingredients until you create your perfect sauce. Our quick and easy chicken tikka can be prepared under the grill or on the BBQ.

The kit includes:

1 x tikka masala spice mix
1 x chicken tikka spice mix
1 x pilau rice mix
2 x vegetable curry spices (these change regularly)
1 x raita mix (yoghurt dip)
1 x flatbread recipe

You need to add approximately 800g of chicken, prawns or your preferred meat or vegetables to create a meal for four. Cooking time approximately 35 minutes.
